Formtasia

Formtasia is an AI form builder for business owners, creatives, teachers, and teams who need answers fast. Instead of starting from a blank canvas, users describe what they need (a class roster, hiring intake, waitlist, feedback form, or fan survey) and Formtasia generates a complete questionnaire with titles, questions, and structure ready to edit.

The mobile app is the creation surface. Users generate forms with AI, start from templates, manage credits, publish a public link, and review responses without forcing respondents to create accounts. Answers land in the app with search, review status, and export when a spreadsheet is needed. Credits pay for creation, while published forms keep working even when the balance hits zero.

Formtasia's product story is simple: describe, generate, share. AI drafts the hard part, humans stay in control of the final wording, and sharing is one link away. The experience is intentionally app-first so forms can be created and managed from a phone.
