Acceptance and licence
Downloading and using the iOS app is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). We use that standard agreement rather than a custom App Store EULA. It governs your licence and takes precedence over any conflicting licence summary here. By using the related services, you agree to these terms.
Availability and player progress
Features and puzzle content may change. Network access may be needed for images, daily content, or advertisements, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Progress and puzzle history are stored locally. Resetting the game removes progress and history; device loss, removal of the app, or software changes may also affect them. We do not guarantee recovery or transfer of progress.
Intellectual property and misuse
The game, branding, artwork, software, and puzzle content belong to their respective rights holders. Your licence does not transfer ownership. Do not exploit the game, disrupt its services, bypass security, infringe others’ rights, or use it unlawfully. Restrictions on copying or modifying the app remain subject to applicable law and relevant open-source licences.
Advertisements and third-party services
The game includes Google AdMob advertisements and uses external services to deliver content. Advertisers and linked services are responsible for their own offers and terms. An advertisement is not an endorsement. Read the Privacy Policy for information about advertising and data use.
Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided on an as-available basis. The warranty provisions and liability limitations in Apple’s Standard EULA apply to the licensed app only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes liability or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the game at any time. Licence termination is governed by the Standard EULA. Access to related services may be restricted for unlawful use or serious misuse, subject to applicable law. We may update these service terms, showing the revised date here and providing any notice required by law.
